The staff at USCO desires to employ the most passionate, qualified, and capable teachers we can to train up our students. We want teachers who are passionate for Jesus, for students, and for the value of education. USCO teachers must have a desire to help disciple students and challenge them to grow not only academically but also in their faith. Teachers need to be followers of Jesus who demonstrate their walk in every aspect of their lives.
All qualified candidates must be a passionate Christian with a Bachelor’s degree in education or subject-related field and must be able to agree to and sign the USCO Statement of Faith. Interested and qualified candidates should send a cover letter and resume to employment@usco.org.

We continually accept applications for well-qualified Christ-loving candidates in all academic areas, elective-based classes, and substitutes for our K4-12 program. Openings for the 2024-25 school year are being filled as they arise.
